It’s not very easy to find the perfect model. But as far as we can say on our second day, we’ve found the best models out of 110 models who our casting director Nina Brobeil has met in London, Hamburg and Amsterdam for live-castings.

After that, EL Creative Director Steve Hogan and EL Global Ambassador Tyler Johnston have also met the selection of models that Nina has made. For both, Steve and Tyler, it’s very important to check their hair structure as well as their character and their appearance. The castings took about two weeks. And it was worth it. The 13 girls and 4 boys we finally decided to book last week do personalise the new hair styles and colours very well.
